An event this Sunday (10th February) aims to promote the idea of rider choice whether to wear a helmet or not. Bikers will gather at the National Motorcycle Museum at 1pm as the destination for The Fred Hill Run, named after a teacher who campaigned for the right to choose since 1976. Following 31 prison sentences, Hill died of a heart attack in custody.
