Fresh from the Ulster GP, Michael Dunlop posted an unbelievable time onboard his Team Classic Suzuki XR69 at this year’s inaugural Classic TT, clocking a 120.894 lap of the Isle of Man course – under a minute of his best time riding his TT Legends Superbike set in June!
Olie Linsdell and John McGuinness (in his retro Astars and Shoei) were first away ahead of Saturday’s Bennetts 500cc Race, riding a pair of Patons and both setting 111mph laps. Other quick times included Conor Cummins on his Team Classic Suzuki Formula 1, who clocked a 113.123.

The Formula 1 classic session also featured the likes of American Mark Miller on an FZ750 and Steve Mercer who stuck in a 115mph lap. Tomorrow’s session sees the Classic machines out at 19.05.
