The prize includes insurance subject to the winner paying the excess of £500 should a claim need to be made. The bikes will be made available from the nearest dealership to the winner. The prize does not include transportation costs to or from the bike dealership, petrol, or other consumables such as oil, helmet, or clothing. During the Test Drive the winner shall write a monthly column by deadline which is to feature in Fast Bike (between 500-700 words with a photo of the bike); and provide on a weekly basis either a written (500 words) or video blog (minimum 2 minutes in length) for feature online by Future and Ducati UK (collectively the “Submissions”). Up to ten (10) people will be selected at random from all valid entries received to enter the final stage of the competition and shall be notified by email or telephone and asked to submit either a written blog or video blog on a topic of their choice. The final winner will then be selected based on a combination of writing style, creativity and originality and shall be notified by email or telephone. The winner must accept, sign and comply with all terms of Ducati UK. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no cash alternative. Future reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute the prize with a prize of comparable value.

All content contained in the Submissions shall be created by the winner and shall not contain any content which is not owned by the winner; or which Future decides is offensive, derogatory, objectionable, or inappropriate. The winner shall assign all rights in the Submissions to Future.  Future may edit, adapt or change the Submissions at its discretion.

The winner acknowledges and agrees that neither Future or any Competition sponsor(s) or any of their employees, agents or subcontractors shall have any liability to you whatsoever in connection with your use and/or possession of your prize, provided that nothing in these Competition Rules shall exclude or limit the liability of any party for personal injury or death caused by negligence or for anything else which cannot be excluded or limited by law. The winner shall be liable for all claims and rights of action howsoever arising in respect of any claim, including but not limited to parking and road traffic fines, resulting from the winner’s use of the bikes during the Test Drive. The bikes supplied are for road use only and are not permitted to be used on a circuit or race-track. Nothing in these terms will give the winner any right of ownership over the bikes and they shall not be permitted to retain possession of the bikes other than as set out in these terms, and the winner shall not sell, allow to use or pass possession of the bikes to any other person. The winner shall keep the bikes in a locked garage.
