‘Ducati World’ Is Go!

by

Well, Ferrari has ‘Ferrari World’ in Abu Dhabi, so we suppose it’s just desserts that Ducati get their own theme park ‘world’ too, nay? And they are, at Mirabilandia Leisure Park in the Emilia-Romagna region!

So, one won’t have to fly for too many hours to go visit whatever this turns out to be like, at Italy’s second largest theme park. A variety of attractions are planned, including a themed restaurant, virtual reality suites, stuff for kids, roller-coasters and simulators, to name just a few of the ideas up their sleeves.

“Ducati World will give visitors a chance to live an exciting journey inside the Ducati brand”, stated Alessandro Cicognani, Ducati Licensing and Corporate Partnership Director. “Thanks to this agreement, together with Parques Reunidos we’re developing the first motorcycle themed area in an Italian amusement park. Mirabilandia’s location, at the heart of the Motor Valley, adds further value to this project dedicated to fun”.

“This partnership and investment will transform Mirabilandia” said Fernando Eiroa, CEO of Parques Reunidos, owners of Mirabilandia, “empowering the park to attract visitors from all over the world. Ducati World continues the Italian strong tradition for sports and automotive and provides an engaging and innovative experience for motorcycling fans. Ducati is a global brand with a great reputation, as well as a strong local presence”.

Situated near tourist hub Ravenna, the park should attract bikers and non-bikers alike, and is yet another feather in Ducati’s cap, we’d venture…
