Yes, it’s been cancelled, but who doesn’t love a special lid? Especially when it looks as good as this AND helps out the NHS Charities Together as well…

In keeping with tradition since 2007, Arai have just released their new 2020 IOM TT helmet – which comes in an incredibly bold black, red and gold colour scheme, adorned on their range topping RX-7V helmet.
Although the TT isn’t going ahead this year, the decision was made by Arai to run the lid in order to ‘honour the spirit of the TT’ – and we’re bloody glad they did. See, it’s not just a usual spray job, as the 2020 edition includes some serious detail; they seem to have covered everything from the Ellan Vannin (the Manx name for the Isle of Man) that is scripted in Celtic-style lowercase on either side, to the three legs of man – the famous triskelion – highlighted in Gold (against an outline of the 37.73mile/60.725km TT course) on the sides and chinbar. There’s even a stylised outline of the Senior Trophy flanked by LIMITED EDITION tags!
The helmet is exclusively available through www.thevisorshop.com, and comes it at £799.99. Not only will it will come with a FREE Arai helmet bag worth £44.99, but Arai UK and thevisorshop.com will be donating £40 from the sale of every 2020 TT helmet to the NHS CharitiesTogether. Nice!
